Deliveries

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms:

• Orders placed before 11 a.m. will be processed the same day and delivered the next working day.

• Orders placed after 11 a.m. will be processed the following day and delivered the day after.

• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for missed deliveries or incorrect address details.

• If you are sending a gift, please ensure the recipient is aware and available to receive it.

• Once dispatched, Boujee Crumbsy is not responsible for courier delays, but we will always liaise with the courier to assist in resolving issues.

• If no one is available, our couriers will attempt to leave the parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour. We cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged parcels once delivered to a designated safe location.

• Our items are freshly baked and perishable; therefore, re-delivery is not possible and refund is not possible.

• Delivery dates selected at checkout are final once labels are printed.

• Saturday delivery is available for an additional charge.

In the event of damage during transit, photographic evidence of both packaging and contents must be provided for investigation.

Returns & Exchanges

All Boujee Crumbsy products are freshly baked to order and therefore non-returnable. We do not accept returns or exchanges. In cases where items arrive damaged or incorrect. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence to allow us to investigate and resolve the issue.

Privacy & Data Protection

We take your privacy seriously. We collect your name, contact details, and delivery address only to fulfil your order. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties, except trusted delivery and payment providers required to complete your purchase. All payments are processed securely by third-party payment systems. We do not store your card details. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us
